A reservation will be made in the purchaser or recipient’s name upon receipt of payment or voucher.
Confirmation details will be sent by email to the purchaser’s email address. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue – validity can be extended by prior agreement and a £15 extension fee will be applied. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or cancelled in exchange for a refund.
As an alternative to cancellation, you may wish to nominate an alternative driver to attend the day.
Non-attendance on the specified course day without prior written agreement will result in the cancellation of the gift voucher and the entire fee will be forfeited.
Once a booking has been confirmed, applications to alter the date of the booking will only be accepted when notified a minimum of 20 days prior to the course date. Any applications to alter the date received less than 20 days prior to the date will only be accepted if we are able to re-book your space. There will be a £15 administration fee payable in either circumstance. In either circumstance, another booking must be made and confirmed within 2 weeks of the original event date otherwise the original booking will be forfeited.
On the day
All participants will be required to sign a Declaration of Indemnity on the course date prior to participation. In the event that the participant is under 18 years of age, the signature of a parent or guardian will also be required. It is a condition of the disclaimer that all attendees follow the site rules.
GwynneSpeed reserves the right to cancel the course at their sole discretion and either a full refund will be given to you or an alternative date will be offered to you. We will, of course, give as much notice as possible. GwynneSpeed will not be held responsible for any costs you incur as a result of a course being cancelled.
Any driver damaging the off road training vehicles will immediately forfeit all remaining driving activity. There will be no refund whatsoever if
this condition is applied.
Alcohol and/or drugs are strictly forbidden from all GwynneSpeed events. GwynneSpeed reserves the right to prevent participation in the
course if they have reasonable grounds to consider that the participant is unfit to drive for reasons of health or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. There will be no refund whatsoever if this condition is applied.
In the event of mechanical problems arising, GwynneSpeed will make every effort to have substitute vehicles on standby. However, in the event that a course is substantially shorter/cancelled due to circumstances beyond GwynneSpeed control, then an alternative date will be offered to you.
Due to the nature of our site, spectators are welcome to come with your to event but they will not be able to watch the driving due to it taking place on a different area of the site, away from the briefing room.
GwynneSpeed holds a specialist motor sport £2million Third Party Public Liability Insurance, underwritten by Lloyds of London in respect of your course day. However, Motorsport can be hazardous and we strongly advise that you take out separate Personal Accident Insurance.
IMPORTANT – your personal life cover will probably exclude ALL Motorsport activity.
In the unlikely event that you have any concern or complaint over your day, they must be received in writing within 10 days of the event in
our Gloucestershire offices.

I understand that Motorsport is hazardous and I am voluntarily exposing myself to risk of damage or loss or personal injury by participating in a Motorsport event. I understand that the purpose of the event is to allow the participants to improve their skills and learn the handling characteristics of the vehicles(s) they are using.
